Meet my friend Manon. We met a few months ago when I played an open mic show that she was hosting at the Cowboy Bar in Laramie, Wyoming. I'd long been an admirer of Manon's music before she had any idea who I was. Little did I know that once we met she'd become one of the most wonderful friends I could ever hope for. A friendship match made in Heaven. But as would be the case with any fairtale, fate would make things a bit trickier. Manon moved to Nashville this past June to formally pursue her career in music. I'll forever admire Manon's glowing spirit and unwavering belief in her ability to achieve her dreams. Thanks for not only being a friend, but a beacon of hope when I needed one the most.
