Snowy Range Mountain Flight

I first met Amber 2 years ago when I went on her study abroad course to study sport economics in the United Kingdom, and quickly learned that she is the greatest travel buddy anyone could hope for. Luckily, she found the feeling to be mutual and we have been the best of friends ever since. I was staying with Amber in Laramie one weekend when Bob Shine, a retired doctor in Laramie, WY, asked if she’d like to take a flight in his private plane over the Snowy Range Mountains near Centennial, Wyoming. Bob told Amber to “bring a camera” but instead—she just brought a photographer *that’s where I came in :) * I’d had multiple opportunities to hike Medicine Bow Peak during my days in grad school at UW, so it’s safe to say I jumped at the opportunity to wake up at 6 a.m. on a Sunday morning for the flight. After the flight I told my Dad “Now I’m ready to go to pilot school!” (He’s still not quite as sold on the idea as I am).
